Morning Class Schedule:
Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:00 and 8:30 a.m.

Class Schedule (6:00 a.m.):
MONDAY
Type of Workout: Mixture of short jogging intervals and strength training
What to Bring: Water, *No equipment needed
1st Week: *Meet in front of the jungle gym at the very end of Ocean Park Blvd and the beach. We will be at the low wall which is directly across the West side of the jungle gym and next to the sand.
2nd and 3rd Week: *Meet at the N/E corner of 4th and San Vicente
4th Week: *Meet at the S/E corner of Main and Ocean Park Blvd. in front of ZJ Boarding House
Wednesday
Type of Workout: Strength Training at the parking lot
What to bring: Water, Weights (5 lb dumbells), Mat and/or Towel
*Meet at the empty parking lot which is on the North side of the jungle gym at the end of Ocean Park Blvd and the beach
Friday
Type of Workout: Strength Training on the sand
What to Bring: Water, Weights (5 lb dumbells), Mat and/or Towel
